Released as part of the A TASTE OF PHOBIA anthology (Enchanted Architect / Vestra Pictures,) Chris Milewski's PHARMACOPHOBIA segment, while not exactly light-hearted, is a somewhat mild affair akin to an episode of TALES FROM THE DARKSIDE or TALES FROM THE CRYPT. This short film features Filmiracle regulars Terry Reilly and Karen Lynn, as well as minor participation from and music by Giorgio Bertuccelli. Bertuccelli worked, in a variety of capacities, with Italian masters Joe D'Amato and Lucio Fulci during their American romps in the late-80s and early-90s.
A horrorbuzz.com review notes the film has "the softest of focuses that I’m convinced took an entire bottle of Vaseline."
